Premium Health is looking for outstanding candidates for the Healthcare Recruiter position for our Internal Medicine, Women’s Health, and Pediatrics practices.

Rooted in the HR department, the Clinical & Corporate recruiter will work cross-functionally with Benefits, Physician Recruitment, Department Heads, and other administrative departments to ensure a smooth recruitment life cycle. The Recruiter will be Premium health’s brand ambassador, and ensure that the best and brightest are joining our team.

Time Commitment:

·        Full-Time, Monday-Friday


·        Create and execute multiple cost-effective sourcing/recruitment strategies/plans (recruitment advertising, web-based job boards, educational programs, job fairs, etc.) to identify, build and maintain a database of talent for current and future employment opportunities at Premium Health, within assigned job families

·        Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process starting from the interview to placement in a role

·        Manage and continue relationships with the temporary workforce, including payroll, attendance, benefits, and compensation

·        Interact with managers/clinicians to fully understand their staffing needs, position descriptions, and role requirements

·        Maintain applicant tracking system and use resources to assign candidates to assignments.

·        Conduct phone screens with applicants to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications and are an organizational fit for Premium Health

·        In conjunction Premium Health’s advertising policies, create and proof-read ad copy in and ensure all external job postings are clear, concise, professionally written, in line with the Premium Health employer brand/branding guidelines and compliant with NYS, NYC and Federal labor laws

·        Stay up to date on new media tools, best practices, and how the talent acquisition organization can best utilize these recruiting/networking tools in social media.

·        Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position, reinforcing the values and culture of Premium Health.


·        Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Marketing / Advertising, Organizational Development, Communications, or Psychology strongly preferred; Experience will be considered in lieu of education.

·        1-3 years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience and knowledge of HR preferred

·        Strong computer & technology skills, including 1-3 years’ experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) &CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) database software.

·        Comprehensive demonstration of social media& Digital Strategy is a must

·        Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required

·        Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential


·       Commensurate with experience and department need, $70,000 - $80,000 per year
