Premium Health is looking for a Patient engagement specialist to support & assist in implementation of Care Optimization.
The Care Optimization Department has multiple functions which entails the Medical Call Center Campaign, with a primary focus being the continuum of patient care.
Responsibilities of a patient engagement rep is the following, but not limited to: Daily Calls for - check ins, reminders, follow ups, scheduling, educational & informational.
This position sits in the Admin division.

Suitable candidate should have a can-do and proactive attitude. Follow through and attention to detail is necessary. Knowledgeable in excel a plus.
• Monday-Thursday: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Friday: 9 AM – 1 PM
• High School Diploma or higher
• Strong Verbal Skills
• Knowledgeable in Excel is a plus.
