Premium Health is looking for a Patient engagement specialist to support & assist in implementation of Care Optimization.  

The Care Optimization Department has multiple functions which entails the Medical Call Center Campaign, with a primary focus being the continuum of patient care.

Responsibilities of a patient engagement rep is the following, but not limited to: Daily Calls for - check ins, reminders, follow ups, scheduling, educational & informational.  

This position sits in the Admin division.  

By coming together, we ultimately aim to bridge the gap between Patient and Doctor, collectively enabling the circle of care.  

Our goal is to make the patient experience to our standards: Compassionate, Agile, Respectful, and Excellent.

Suitable candidate should have a can-do and proactive attitude. Follow through and attention to detail is necessary. Knowledgeable in excel a plus.

Time Commitment:

• Monday-Thursday: 9 AM – 6 PM

• Friday: 9 AM – 1 PM

• High School Diploma or higher

• Strong Verbal Skills

• Knowledgeable in Excel is a plus.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience, $20 - $25 per hour.
