Premium Health is looking for outstanding Systems Administrator candidates for our Information Technology department.

Premium Health’s Information Technology (IT) department is based in our Administration offices and is responsible for managing and maintaining the entire infrastructure of 3 health practices across Brooklyn. The IT department is a small team made up of a Helpdesk Representative, a Systems Administrator, and the IT Director, and is projected to grow. The Systems Administrator will play a major role in maintaining essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware as well as look to improve on technologies and practices with guidance from the IT Director.

Time Commitment:

·       40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

·       On-call as needed (paid overtime)

Responsibilities:

·       Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly

·       Monitor infrastructure health using existing management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed

·       Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments

·       Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed

·       Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups

Requirements:

Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of experience, be self-driven and know:

·       TCP/IP Networking/Routing

·       Server 2019

·       Windows 10

·       Active Directory

·       Group Policy

·       Office/Microsoft 365

·       IT Documentation

·       Azure/AWS

Preferred:

·       Microsoft Power Automate

·       PowerShell/Scripting

·       VOIP

·       EMR Systems

Compensation:

$70,000 - $90,000 based on experience and paid overtime
